Jellyfish, Starfish & Sting Rays........

Yesterday was our first day out on the beach and we encountered a huge amount of sea life. We found a really nice beach, Orange Beach. In the morning there were Jellyfish everywhere in the water....I think Keith caught at least 30. After a couple of hours they cleared out but both kids stepped on Sting Rays!! They didn't get hurt and it was neat to see them swim around. Then a guy from his beach chair found a starfish in the water and let the kids hold it. It was still alive and they loved it. The kids boogie boarded, built sandcastles and holes in the sand and swam and jumped through the waves. We left to get cleaned up for some pictures on the beach. They turned out great and then out to dinner for some seafood and then miniature golf (Courtney had an outrageously awesome hole-in-one shot)!! We were so exhausted!! But we had a blast!
